Quarter Share of a Beef

We are now offering quarter beef purchases throughout the year. These quarters will be ground beef, steaks and roasts. The perfect items to have on hand in your freezer for easy meal planning. The beef will be vacuum packed and frozen and available for pick up at the farm. Each quarter of beef will yield approximately 100 lbs. of beef for your freezer.
